He was pleasant and fair throughout the entire process, and our truck is now on the Phinney's lot awaiting its next owner. Absolute slobs leave oil filter gaskets in catch tray. Advertising OEM parts using cheap oil and filters. Denial of wrong doing when presented with proof. I stopped going personally after they screwed my alignment and charged me for a camber kit that wasn’t needed and jacked my bill up. Worked on and seen several friends and families vehicles that have seen their quality of work. This business shames small town mechanic businesses.
I purchased my wife's vehicle from Phinneys last year and they still call every 3 months to ask if everything is working properly. I've had several oil changes and services done to both of my vehicles and the service you get is phenomenal to say the least. The staff and mechanics and friendly and very helpful.
