With all things considered if you're just getting into wine Coyote moon may the place for you but if you're more into finding that perfect bottle I HIGHLY recommend thousand islands winery and I have to say that is our go to place and when we move they even ship to our next state and Coyote moon does not. North country red is our favorite from TIW and the German semi dry white (can't spell it) even more they are Veteran owned!
A group of 5 friends and myself enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at Coyote Moon tasting their awesome wines. Chelsey was very welcoming and took the time to show us around the winery and tell us stories about how the winery got started and inspiration for the wine and art around the place. CHELSEY ROCKS! They even let us roam around the campus and check out the grapes ourselves and hang out on their porch overlooking their personal pond. Great afternoon and you have to try the Marquette Reserve. New favorite wine!
We visited early Wednesday July 20th. The location is beautiful. The variety of wines are great..from dry to sweet Ruby, the young lady, who was pouring for us, was very friendly and very professional. After talking with her we found out, she has family living only a few miles from our home. It made our visit even friendlier. Thanks
ETA: I am registered as a local guide but for some reason google is not showing that so I do apologize for that
I went in for the first time on the weekend and Ashley was just so friendly and helpful. I am very picky with my wines but she helped me find the perfect one for me. I really like how you can do a little taste test. great wine great service. I will be returning next visit, thanks
We recently visited the actual winery (we had only been to the one in the mall) and I have to say i don't think we will go back. I love wine and there is a certain ambiance that I prefer when visiting and tasting. I found the staff to be quite cold, rushing us through the tasting and we only got 2 samples. I do not like the wine, I did enjoy the Fireboat red but after exploring more wines in the area I found that THOUSAND ISLANDS WINERY is the absolute BEST! Visiting Coyote moon was like walking into a gift shop/bar. Thousand islands on the other hand is gorgeous as your parking you can see the vineyard and so pleasing to the eye on the inside the set up is nice and there is a clear display of the bottles and prices and for $5 you can taste 10 wines to find the perfect one and you get a free glass. Coyote moon I believe charges $4 for 6 and it's not pleasant their wine slushes are pretty expensive too (not worth the price to me, taste wise)
Beautiful experience wine tasting! Ryan was very helpful and informative in terms of how the wine making process works!
