Beautiful Hotel. The view of the river was spectacular. Food was Great and the service was wonderful. Loved sitting by the fire pit on the patio at night. Would visit this place again
We go to the 1000 islands all the time since wee have family there. Our first trip to the harbor hotel was for our anniversary, and it was great! Great food great drinks, the staff were excellent. Little slow at the bar though. We sat there for at least 5 minutes while the bartenders didn't look like they were doing a ton. They just said "be with you in a moment" and ignored us for 5 minutes. It was a lot better at dinner. Food and drinks all came in a timely manner. It was beautiful on the river, freighter ships pass by, the sunset was right across the river. All in all it was a great night and we will be going back
I cant say enough good things about this hotel and this staff. We were traveling with my elderly parents - this hotel was a bit more than we wanted to spend - but it was for my parents so we figured it was worth it. And it was worth every penny - from the initial phone call making to make the reservation, the front staff, the restaurant - every person we met was over the top professional and kind. The view - the grounds - the food - it was a wonderful experience and I can not Thank them enough for making my parents trip so special -
Cant find much to complain about. Rooms are big and clean. Beds are comfortable. Great view from balcony. Food was also very good.
EXCELLENT HOTEL!! We stayed at this Newer Hotel the end of October. Front desk staff were great to deal with ( Sonya and Josh ). Made to feel Welcome when arriving. Extra Pillows brought to room right away. Cleaning staff and housekeeping polite when interacting. Had a concern with Hair being in the Shower Drain..Addressed at the front desk.Housekeeping cleaned Immediately! The Hotel Restaurant is a little pricey, BUT the food was AWESOME. Our Server was Trevor..Polite and Cared about his Customers. Unfortunately, it was the end of season, so MOST of the quaint shops were closed. The Indoor Pool was Clean and the Hot Tub Perfect for the end of day Relaxation. The bad: PLEASE PLEASE fix the Hot water pressure on the fourth floor where we resided. The pressure was sooooo low that it was difficult to enjoy a hot shower! Other than this issue, a GOLD Star. Thank You and Great Job 1000 Island Hotel!! See you again! S . Betas...Kingston, Ontario.
